For purposes of data protection laws, EDM Ghost Production Inc. is the “data controller” of your information.

We believe that you have the right to understand how your information is stored and used. By providing information to us or by using our Site, you explicitly agree to our collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. The provisions contained herein supersede all previous notices or statements regarding our privacy practices with respect to our Site.
Information you provide us
In general, you can visit portions of https://soundvase.com without providing us any information about yourself directly. If you wish to obtain additional information about our products or services not on our Site or otherwise available on the Site you can contact us as set forth below.
Portions of https://soundvase.com are accessible only to signed-up users. In order to register on our Site and become a user you will be required to provide information such as your name, country, password, email address, device information, and payment information. You agree that you will only provide current, accurate information and that you will keep your information up to date. In the course of your use of the Site we may collect information based on the pages you visit, the activities or transactions you engage in or perform, and statistics about your usage and performance.
Please note that in some cases, we need certain types of information so that we can provide you with the services you request. If you do not provide us with such information, or ask us to delete it, you may not be able to obtain these services.
Use of information
We may use aggregated data (independent of any personal identifiers) for research and commercial purposes. This information may include what areas our users visit most frequently and what services they access most often. This information helps us develop, improve and maintain our Site so that it is more useful to and accessible by you.

If you unsubscribe, we may still send you emails relating to your account or transactions with Soundvase. We use cookies to personalize our Site for you and to collect aggregate information about site and services usage by all of our users. To honor our contractual commitments to you: Much of our processing of personal data is to meet our contractual obligations to our users, or to take steps at users’ requests in anticipation of entering into a contract with them. For example, we handle personal data on this basis to provide you access to or an account to the Soundvase Site.
To enable and facilitate transactions and agreements between Soundvase members
Consent: Where required by law, and in some other cases, we handle personal data on the basis of your implied or express consent.
Legitimate interests: In many cases, we handle personal data on the ground that it furthers our legitimate interests in commercial activities in ways that are not overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the affected individuals. This includes: operating our business and the Site; providing security for the Site, products, software, or applications; marketing; making and receiving payments; and preventing fraud.
Legal compliance: We need to use and disclose personal data in certain ways to comply with our legal obligations (such as our obligation to share data with tax authorities).
Opt-Out, Access and Security
If you do not wish to receive offers, promotional materials or marketing communications from us in the future, you can “opt out” by unsubscribing through the link in the emails, or by contacting us by email at privacy@edm-ghost-production.com with “unsubscribe” or “opt out” in the subject line or by mail at the address listed at the end of this policy. For users who are EU residents or may otherwise be covered by GDPR, we are in the process of finalizing an “opt in” procedure and will update this policy once that procedure is in place. In the meantime, if you are an EU resident and you receive a communication which you believe we should not have sent to you, please immediately notify us through the procedure set forth in the preceding sentence and we will not contact you with offers, promotions or marketing materials in the future. To review your subscription information, make any changes or corrections or to request that we remove your information please visit your account as accessible through the Site or send an email to privacy@edm-ghost-production.com with your question. We will try to complete your request as promptly as possible. Any changes will affect only future uses of your information.

If you use our Site, you are responsible for restricting access to your computer or connected devices, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Protecting children’s privacy
The Site is not designed nor intended for use by children under the age of 13 (“Minors”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from Minors. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any information to us.
We do not knowingly collect data from European Union residents under the age of consent set by applicable data protection law. If we learn that we are processing data of such an individual, we will halt such processing and will take reasonable measures to promptly remove applicable data from our records.
Do Not Track
Our Site, Services, applications or other offerings do not respond to Do Not Track signals, as the Internet industry is currently still working on Do Not Track standards, implementations, and solutions.
